POLICY
*All appointments must be booked in advance*

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the final balance
Cancellations
A minimum of 24hr notice is required for any cancellations or you will be charged. You are given the option to reschedule or refund one time only, no new deposit is required for a reschedule.
Punctuality
10-15 minute grace period, any longer will result in a charge of £10. After 25 minutes the appointment will be cancelled.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Please arrive with clean bare nails unless having a take-off.

Late arrivals may limit design availability.

New clients will have a short 5 minute consultation before hand to determine whether your nails are safe enough to go through with the appointment.

Appointments may be refused for health and safety reasons.
